We shall acknowledge all complaints/disputes once received. If you do not receive acknowledgement within 2 business working days please call us on 1300 520530.
It is our aim to respond to your complaint as soon as possible. The length of time shall depend on the nature and complexity of the issues you have raised but you shall receive a written response within a maximum duration of 7 days.
It is not always possible to provide you with your desired outcome.
